Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

We ship to all areas across the Philippines. Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
• Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–5 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas: May take up to 10–14 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays
