Refund & Return Policy

Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your HomeSmart purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Defective or damaged on arrival
  • Significantly different from the product description
  • Received in error (wrong item sent)

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition (except in the case of defects).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or installed (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@homesmart.store with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective item and prefer a replacement over a refund, we're happy to send a new unit once the original is returned.
