How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–5 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas: Up to 10–14 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time via the courier's website.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship to all areas across the Philippines, including remote islands and provinces.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping. Email us immediately at support@homesmart.store.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through PayMongo and PayPal β€” two trusted payment providers. We never store your card details.

Can I pay cash on delivery (COD)?

We currently do not offer COD. We accept GCash, Maya, cards, and PayPal.

Do your products work in the Philippines?

Yes! All our smart home products are compatible with Philippine Wi-Fi (2.4GHz networks) and standard Philippine power outlets (220V). Most work with Alexa, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit.

Do I need a hub or extra equipment?

Most of our products connect directly to your home Wi-Fi β€” no hub needed. The Smart Home Hub product is for advanced users who want to connect many different brands into one system.

What app do I use to control the products?

Most products use a free app (usually Tuya Smart or Smart Life) available on iOS and Android. Full app details are included with each product.

Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes β€” all products come with a 7-day defective item guarantee. If your product arrives defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
